Admiral's standard contract provides a monthly program of preventative maintenance on all equipment types. Our highly experienced teams, coupled with our reliable monthly frequency, gives Admiral Elevator's customers peace of mind in knowing their elevators/escalators are being maintained to the highest industry standard possible. During each visit, Admiral inspects and tests critical components in order to determine any potential equipment failures. In anticipation of a component failure, we can order parts and schedule a repair in advance of a sudden shutdown to significantly reduce service interruption.
Maintenance service items include:
- Monthly preventative maintenance visits
- 24/7 emergency service (included or billed separately)
- General and component repair/replacement
- Safety testing, both annual and 5-year full-load
- Major and minor repairs and parts replacement
These contracts offer either monthly or quarterly light maintenance visits from one of our technicians. Typically utilized for lightly used or older "obsolete" equipment types, this service provides the lubrication of the rails and various moving parts as well as a trained expert examination of the equipment to identify and report current or potential issues
